No, you don’t have to be present. As long as we have access to the space, we’ll handle the cleaning while you go about your day.

Our Service Techs have been rigorously background screened. We reserve the right to deny (or) terminate service if there are any safety concerns. That includes uncomfortable or inappropriate behavior, severe clutter, unsanitary conditions or if the service tech feels unsafe. We do not clean areas or homes containing any animal and human body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages and urine. Service can be terminated and a cancellation fee will be charged. Safety is important for you and for us!

Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and tools. If you have a specific cleaning product you would like us to use. We ask that you provide the product.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.

Yes, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Excessive pet hair incurs a $15 fee. If our team cannot access the property within the 15-minute grace period, a charge of the full amount will apply.

Unfortunately, we do not allow last-minute add-ons. Please include all requested services when booking.

We do not offer refunds, but if any issues arise, we will send a specialist back to ensure the job meets your expectations.
